My name is Diana. For over 15 years, I have worked in the corporate
world supporting upper level management. Before that, I worked for a local law enforcement agency. My experience includes
business management, coaching, consulting, construction, engineering, human resources, legal, real estate and training.
I have worked for two start-up companies. Both are successful. What a lot of work they can be, but it means I know the trials
and tribulations of both small and large companies who are trying to get off the ground. Of course, I also know the pride
and satisfaction of accomplishing the goals set out to launch a company and become successful.
My job is to help make
your business and personal life more balanced, to allow you to spend your time focusing on your business service while I focus
on your administrative needs.
Offering general practitioner Virtual Assistant services, allows me to provide many
necessary fundamentals of administration. I am able to handle anything (well, don't give me hammers) from small projects,
like form creation, general correspondence, and proof reading to large projects like contract administration, project management, and
building large budgets from the ground up. I can copy data to CD's, manage e-mail accounts, coordinate web hosting, set up
telephone or web conferencing and even coordinate and plan large events.
I am a dedicated, highly analytical
and conceptual person. This means I can look at the overall picture and break it down into the smallest details or vice versa;
take the details and build it out to the overall picture. More simply stated, I have abilities to bring both technical and
creative services to your business.
